You can recover your wallet on another device using its 12 or 24 word seed phrase.
If your device is lost or stolen, your crypto should still be safe as long as you have a strong pocket password / security on the device. If you had not secured your lost or stolen device however, then you should create a new wallet with a new seed phrase and send your crypto to the new secure wallet.
